WireOnAir A/S in Gentofte is looking for a proactive and engaged employee to be part of the technical support/training team, that will take care of the training and technical support of our existing and new customers.
Your responsibilities will be online support and training customers at their facilities, or in its own headquarter. This will also require some travelling activities.
The position is open for anybody that has technical knowledge and is good in communicating with people. You will be referring to one of the two partners in the company.
Qualifications:
You have an experience or good with the following:
• You are good at explaining technical scenarios to non-technical people
• You are good at problem solving
• You have good communication skills
• You are fluent in both written and spoken English
It will be an advantage if you have knowledge with:
• Bluetooth technology and other wireless technologies
• You speak more languages
It is prerequisite for an employment that you have a clean criminal record.
Expectations:
You have a systematic, analytical, and creative approach. It is also expected that you are a self-starting and persistent person and at the same time you actively seek help, to be able to support our customers professionally and as quickly as possible.
Main tasks:
• Training customers at their facility or in the headquarter.
• Technical support, both written and verbal.
About us:
WireOnAir A/S is a Danish-owned company with offices in Gentofte, consisting of 15 employes. We have a flat and informal structure where the employee has a great influence on their own work and workflows.
