As the Director of Corporate Finance, you will liaise directly with the Chief Finance Executive, guiding a robust team of finance specialists, while closely working with the executive leadership. Your analytical aptitude combined with a proactive approach will play a crucial role in refining the finance division. Your commitment to quality will be fundamental when generating reports, forecasting, and providing financial advice for both operational and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Steer the finance team, ensuring the seamless execution of monthly financial account closures.
- Oversee a myriad of financial tasks, from control to reporting and accounting, including delivering insights to the board and upper management.
- Streamline internal accounting processes and establish procedures apt for our global operations.
- Spearhead financial components in multidisciplinary ventures.
- Supervise regional tax obligations, collaborate with tax consultants, and ensure alignment with the company's transfer pricing principles.
- Coordinate with global auditors and ensure adherence to audit standards.
- Serve as a consultative partner to regional finance heads.
- Oversee global financial standards, partnering closely with the Senior Financial Compliance Specialist.
- Engage in predictive financial modeling.
- Participate in projects aimed at business optimization and launching new ventures.
Your Profile:
You boast commendable communication competencies and have full proficiency in English, both in speech and writing. Your knack for fostering trustworthy relationships stands out.
With a results-driven mindset, you are meticulous, structured, and adept at deciphering intricate financial information, deriving essential insights, and comprehending key profitability factors. Your hands-on approach sets you apart.
Preference will be given to candidates with a background in auditing, reflecting a depth of understanding of comprehensive financial review processes.
You're open to business travels, anticipating around 20-30 days annually.
You hold pertinent professional qualifications and a wealth of relevant experience.
